Amidst trade talks between China-US in order to cool down the after effects of the tariff hikes, Hong Kong shares were losing value since the last 6 days.
It was only on Tuesday that it ended that losing streak to end the day with some gains as reported by Business Times.
The Hang Seng Index(or HSI) rose up by 0.22 per cent or by 58.60 points to 26,281.00.
The Shanghai Composite benchmark Index added 0.28 per cent or 8.26 points to 2,985.34.
The Shenzhen Composite Index was up by 0.33 per cent or up by 5.50 points to 1665.56 points.
