Reini Otter Takes Lead on Frasers Property New Industrial Unit

Reini Otter, 49, took the helm of Frasers Property Industrial (FPI), the new integrated industrial and logistics strategic business unit as it’s chief executive officer (CEO).  

The new unit will consist of logistics and industrial operations in Australia and Europe as well. It will work closely with group’s Singapore listed Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust in terms of Asset and Property management. 

Previously, Mr. Otter had been incharge of Frasers Property Australia as executive general manager of its commercial and industrial and investment property division, Australand Property Group for 21 years specialising in the industrial sector. 

 

As reflected in the article by The Straits Times, The announcement for the change was made in July for Mr. Otter’s impending role along with Matt Knox as FPI’s chief financial officer (CFO), who was previously the CFO of Frasers Property Australia. 

FPI was constituted on Oct 1 as a separate strategic business unit of Frasers Property. Shares of Frasers Property were trading at $1.77 as at 9.12am on Tuesday, up two cents or 1.14 per cent.
